Pappa Touring for Sweetchilli in July

Sweetchilli Events and Touring is excited to announce the return of Australia's favourite expat DJ, Anthony Pappa. Touring Australia nationally for Sweetchilli during July.
 
Undoubtedly one of the best dj’s in the world, Anthony Pappa has achieved almost all there is possible in the world of dj’ing.  A DMC Australia mix champion by just 15, he moved to London, the epicentre of global club culture during the early ‘90’s and arguably still now, to further establish his DJ career in the most challenging country in the world.  He quickly made his mark.  Chosen by global underground to mix the first in their revered Nubreed compilation series.  Pappa’s release is still regarded by many as one of the best mix cd’s of all time.  While Sasha, Digweed, Oakenfold Carl Cox and Dave Seaman were dominating, a newbreed were coming through.  They included Danny Howels, Sander Kleinenberg, and Anthony Pappa.  All now superstars in their own right.
 
He’s gone on to mix numerous compilations for Renaissance, including 2 recent classic's cd's which have both attained Platinum status.  So, to what can you achieve his success?  Pappa is a hugely friendly and open person with mischievous character that endears him to everyone he meets. But above all that, he is an awesome DJ.  He Absoutely! never fails to deliver and that shows with the promoters who book him and the punters who go to see him.  They can't wait to have him back. 
 
Pappa has a huge following throughout Australia and will no doubt be playing sold out shows across the country.
